Founded in 2018 by architects with over 20 years of experience, Marq Construtora was created with the purpose of executing high-standard construction projects in Trancoso for the end client, in a turnkey model, with personalized service, specialized labor, and respect for the project.  

 

We work without project scheduling, providing personalized service for each property and paying close attention to detail and the needs of each client. As architect-builders, we value and respect the authorship of the project; we know that everything has been thought out and every detail is important.

We are present from the beginning of the process, assisting our clients and partners in the analysis and selection of land, legalization and approval of the project, management and construction of the work, layout and furniture design, all the way to handing over the keys.

Using our own workforce, we combine the unique construction knowledge of our region with a technical team of experienced and qualified professionals.
